Ingredients:
🍖 Ground Beef – 1 lb (substitute for pork if needed)
🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
🌶️ Green Bell Pepper – 1, chopped
🌶️ Red Bell Pepper – 1, chopped
🍅 Canned Diced Tomatoes – 1 (14 oz) can, undrained
🫘 Canned Kidney Beans – 1 (15 oz) can, drained and rinsed
🫘 Canned Black Beans – 1 (15 oz) can, drained and rinsed
🍅 Tomato Sauce – 1 (15 oz) can
🌶️ Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
🌱 Ground Cumin – 1 tbsp
🌿 Paprika – 1 tbsp
🌱 Dried Oregano – 1 tsp
🧂 Salt and Black Pepper – to taste
🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – optional, for added heat
🌱 Fresh Cilantro – chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Brown the Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat, then transfer the beef to your crockpot.
Add Vegetables and Beans

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, green and red bell peppers, canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and tomato sauce to the crockpot.
