Ingredients:

🍬 Granulated Sugar – 1 cup
🍋 Lemon Zest – from 2 lemons
🥚 Eggs – 3 large
🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
🍋 Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
🍶 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
🥣 All-Purpose Flour – 1 1/2 cups
🥄 Baking Powder – 1 tsp
🧂 Salt – 1/4 tsp
For the Lemon Glaze:
🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
🍬 Powdered Sugar – 1 cup, sifted
🍶 Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
