🥗 Broccoli Salad 🥦🥛🍇🥜

Ingredients:

  • 🥦 Fresh Broccoli – 4 cups, chopped
  • 🧀 Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup, shredded (optional)
  • 🍇 Red Grapes – 1 cup, halved
  • 🧅 Red Onion – 1/4 cup, finely diced
  • 🍗 Halal Turkey Bacon – 1/2 cup, cooked and crumbled (substitute for pork bacon)
  • 🌰 Toasted Almonds – 1/2 cup, slivered or sliced

Dressing:

  • 🥛 Greek Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • 🍯 Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  • 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad
    In a large bowl, combine the 🥦 broccoli, 🍇 grapes, 🧅 red onion, 🍗 turkey bacon, and 🌰 toasted almonds.
  2. Make the Dressing
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the 🥛 Greek yogurt, 🥄 mayonnaise, 🍯 honey, 🍋 lemon juice, 🧂 salt, and pepper until smooth.
